Yes, all reservations include bed linen.
Towels are only included in the private bedroom reservations. We have towels available for rent (3€).
Yes, all the dorms include a private locker per guest. The locker work with a personal keycard (no need to bring your old padlock).
Yes we have a luggage room with lockers and video-surveillance 24h.

Book with our flexible rate and you do not need to pay in advance. Nevertheless, we still require a credit card as a guarantee. If you do not own a credit card, please get in touch with us and we will send you our bank details to pay by bank transfer. Please be aware bank transfers will be accepted only for non refundable rates.

Yes, to check in it is necessary to show an ID (only European citizens) or Passport.
We accept people from all ages. Nevertheless, guests under 18 have to book a private room. If the person under 18 travels without his legal tutors, we’ll ask for an Authorization document signed by them.
